Every corporate event we produce follows the same four-stage process. It is designed to give you complete visibility at every stage while removing the operational burden from your team.
01 Brief and Discovery
We learn what success looks like. Objectives, audience, format, budget and the feeling you want the event to create. We ask the questions most agencies don't.
02 Concept and Plan
We present a creative concept, venue recommendation, supplier plan and timeline. You approve, we refine. No surprises later because we align everything up front.
03 Production
We manage every supplier, confirm every specification, coordinate logistics, brief all staff and run technical rehearsals. You focus on your event. We handle the production.
04 Event Day
A senior Studio Cube Events producer runs your event from first load-in to final close-down. You attend your own event. We make sure it runs exactly as planned.

Our London-based team and supplier network means we can respond quickly to briefs, activate venues we know well and avoid the common issues that come from working with less familiar locations.
