Stage and Set Design Award stages, branded backdrops, LED walls and presentation environments that look exceptional from every seat in the room. Designed around your brand and your evening's visual identity.
AV and Technical Production Sound specified for the room. Wireless microphones, presentation playback, video content, lighting programming and full technical direction. Our technical team is on-site from early afternoon through to final close-down.
Awards Ceremony Management Running order management, presenter briefings, winner envelope logistics, music and sting cues, script direction and floor management. Every award, every moment, managed and rehearsed in advance.
Entertainment Sourcing and Production Live bands, headline acts, after-dinner speakers, comedians, immersive performers and bespoke entertainment concepts. We source, brief and produce every entertainment element for your evening.
Guest and Seating Management Table plan management, place card production, on-site registration and guest flow. A floor team that moves guests through the evening without anyone feeling managed.
Catering Coordination We coordinate with your caterer to align the service programme with the run of show. Arrival drinks timing, course service, dietary requirements and kitchen liaison managed through Studio Cube so service and production work as one.
